My blog has been quiet for a few months after an enforced break. I’m now fit & well and ready to get back to giving you some great thought provoking blogs, templates, tips and experiences.

Whilst I’ve been off, I’ve been catching up on lots of reading around the business world and life in general. So many business lessons can be learned here too.

I’m amazed how much European funding is still available for UK small business across all types of industries. The clock is ticking so don’t waste time investigating whether your business will qualify. There’s loans & grants for all sizes of businesses; even bedroom start-ups!

It’s been great to follow my clients progress. I'm thrilled that several of them have won prestigious awards; all very well deserved.

The outline for my second book is down on paper; now the serious writing starts.

A day without learning is a day wasted for me. I've been seeking out new business ideas, models and successes to learn. Organisational Resilience (OR) has come to the top of the pile

The combination of risk management, business processes, engagement, consistency, resilience and how businesses need to operate in a more connected world are increasingly important and fascinating.

I'm convinced that organisational resilience is crucial. It's a profitable strategy for any growing business. It ensures not only business survival but a thriving business.

Traditional business resilience; risk prevention & mitigation, is supplemented by business improvements. It brings huge rewards for companies that embrace Organisational Resilience.  It’s a combination of defensive & progressive tactics, alongside consistency & flexibility. Fascinating.
