1. Understand

We start with a free introductory conversation and a 25-question business performance checklist.

This helps identify the challenges, opportunities and areas where improvement could make the biggest difference.

If we believe I can help, we'll arrange a further meeting to explore the business and agree the best way forward.

2. First Steps Meeting

Once we've agreed to work together, we begin with a focused half-day session.

We get everything on the table: your ambitions, the business, the numbers, the people, the problems and the opportunities.

We identify the priorities and start building a practical action list.

3. The 3 Pieces of Paper™

Over the following sessions, we develop three essential tools:

The Plan — where the business is going and why.

The Numbers — a comprehensive financial forecast to understand performance, plan resources and make better decisions.

The Action Plan — what needs to happen, who is responsible and when. Together, these give you direction, financial clarity and a practical way to turn decisions into action.

4. Implement and Improve

A plan is only useful if it gets implemented.

We monitor progress, tackle obstacles and adjust as circumstances change. Ongoing support can include quarterly reviews and annual planning facilitation, helping you stay focused and accountable as the business develops.

The aim is to build a business that becomes stronger, more profitable and increasingly self-sufficient.
