A business owner’s life is a very busy one! But it doesn’t have to be that way. Why is it that some business owners work part time, have lots of holidays, but you have your nose to the grind stone 24/7? Well, the so called ‘part-timers’ have worked out how to get things done efficiently and effectively.
Goal setting can be tricky. It’s tempting to say that you’re going to double the business in 3 years; uplift sales by 40% next year or lose a stone in weight. Sometimes a goal can just be too big; The Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG).
It’s that time of year again; time to take stock of the past year and decide what you are going to do differently next year. Regardless of when your financial year starts, there is always a natural break point over the festive period.
Oh but they do….. and when (not if) you’re found out it’s going to be expensive, very expensive!
It takes years to build a reputation and minutes to destroy it.
Do you have difficultly pricing your products and services?
Have you considered asking your customers to just pay what they think it’s worth? This non-pushy pricing approach is gaining many fans.
